AgeStrong collects only the information needed to understand an enquiry, book a conversation, provide support, and follow up clearly.

Family Updates

AgeStrong only shares personal support updates with a family member or helper when the client gives permission.

Internal Notes and Tools

AgeStrong may use simple internal tools to organise notes, prepare follow-ups, and keep support consistent. A real person remains responsible for support decisions.

Service Boundary

AgeStrong provides strength, balance, and independence support. It is not a medical, emergency, or clinical treatment service.
